Clark Street School Systems, Inc. d/b/a the Aveda Institute Chicago (“CSSS”) has adopted this Web Site Privacy Policy (“Policy”) relating to CSSS’ current data collection and disclosure policies and practices for this web site and its related web pages (the “Web Site”). Your use of this Web Site indicates your acceptance of this Policy. If you do not consent to this Policy, please immediately cease using this Web Site.

All information gathered from the Web Site will be stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Web Site from a location other than the United States, your use of the Web Site constitutes consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

Collection of Information

CSSS does not automatically collect personally identifiable information about you. At certain locations on the Web Site, individuals may voluntarily submit contact information (such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number) in order to obtain more information from CSSS, however, you are not required to submit such information merely to use the Web Site. The Web Site is not intended for children. CSSS does not knowingly or specifically collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. CSSS does not authorize individuals under 18 years of age to use the Web Site or CSSS services.

Applicable Law
